The Notary Master's Programme at Unissula expands cooperation with the Central Board of the Association of Land Deed Officials

Before the signing, the event was opened by Dr Bambang Tri Bawono SH MH, Dean of the Faculty of Law at Unissula, and continued with a national seminar on the theme "Problems of Civil Law in the Office of the Land Deed Official and Their Solutions", moderated by Dr Nanang Sri Darmadi, Secretary of the Notary Master's Programme. The speakers included Dr H Jawade Hafidz SH MH, Head of the Notary Master's Programme at Unissula, and Dr H Hapendi Harahap SH SpN MH, Chair of the Central Board of the Association of Land Deed Officials (PP IPPAT), accompanied by Dr Bambang Syamsuzar Oyong SH SpN MH, head of organisation at PP IPPAT, and Dr Ely Baharini SH SpN MH, head of legislation at PP IPPAT.

In his address, the Rector of Unissula, Prof Dr H Gunarto SH MH, said: "The memorandum with the central board of IPPAT is intended to raise the competence of the Notary Master's Programme at Unissula. A memorandum is not merely a signed piece of paper; what matters is the quality of the programme — that it truly produces competence, with practical skills at 70 per cent, so that on graduating students are ready to work rather than ready for further training. On this occasion I would like to express a million thanks to the Chair of PP IPPAT and all his colleagues. Cooperation with the Notary Master's Programme at Unissula brings many benefits today, because the programme already holds Excellent accreditation, meaning it is nationally competitive."

"We at PP IPPAT feel proud and honoured by the Rector's offer. We have always wanted this to be more than words on paper; we want it carried out in practice. The Rector also expressed the hope of reaching 90 per cent in the first seven years, then 97 per cent, and finally 100 per cent.
