Thesis
Penulisan Hukum (thesis) is the final scientific paper required to earn the Bachelor of Laws degree.
Purpose
- Analyze legal issues that arise in practice.
- Compose and write scholarly legal work based on original research.
- Develop the ability to gather data on legal problems and build problem-solving skills.
Academic Requirements
- Currently enrolled student.
- Minimum 120 credits completed with a GPA of at least 2.25.
- Passed Research Methodology and Legal Writing with at least a C.
- Thesis title registered on the Kartu Rencana Studi (KRS).
Examination Requirements
- At least 150 credits completed.
- Minimum GPA of 2.25, with no grade of E.
- Holds an Islamic studies tutorial certificate.
- Minimum grade of C in Islamic Studies I–III, Pancasila Education, State Theory, and Introduction to Law courses.
