The vision, mission, and objectives of the Faculty of Law, Universitas Islam Sultan Agung (UNISSULA), together with the vision, mission, and objectives of UNISSULA as its parent institution.

Vision

To become a Faculty of Law at UNISSULA that excels in developing and reconstructing modern legal sciences based on Islamic values, with international competitiveness, in order to build a khaira ummah generation through an Islamic Academic Culture (BudAI).

Mission

  1. Developing and reconstructing modern legal sciences based on Islamic values with international competitiveness, in order to build a khaira ummah generation through an Islamic Academic Culture (BudAI), together with multidisciplinary research and innovation based on STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Mathematics) that is excellent, impactful, and internationally competitive for the benefit of society and the advancement of Islamic civilization.
  2. Educating and developing Islamic human resources at the Faculty of Law, UNISSULA through learning that is excellent, inclusive, flexible, adaptive, accelerative, and student-centered, while utilizing STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Mathematics), digital technology, and artificial intelligence (AI) to build a khaira ummah generation and cadres of ulama tafaqquh fiddin with noble character, scholarship, professionalism, and readiness to lead and carry out da'wah.
  3. Carrying out community service and Islamic da'wah based on legal science and technology, research results, STEAM, digital technology, and artificial intelligence (AI) to produce solutions to real problems, improve public welfare, and build Islamic civilization within the framework of rahmatan lil 'alamin.
  4. Developing the internationalization of the tri dharma of higher education, an Islamic Academic Culture (BudAI), and governance of the Faculty of Law that is trustworthy, professional, inclusive, adaptive, and based on data, digital technology, and artificial intelligence (AI), through global fellowship and partnerships, self-evaluation, quality assurance, risk management, and continuous institutional improvement.

Objectives

  1. Realizing the development and reconstruction of modern legal sciences and the application of legal knowledge based on Islamic values, with international competitiveness, in building a khaira ummah generation through an Islamic Academic Culture (BudAI), consistently and sustainably.
  2. Realizing higher education with learning at the Faculty of Law through Student Center Learning (SCL) that is excellent, Islamic, inclusive, flexible, adaptive, accelerative, and student-centered, and based on STEAM, supported by quality human resources, to produce a khaira ummah generation and cadres of ulama tafaqquh fiddin with international competitiveness through an Islamic Academic Culture (BudAI).
  3. Producing research, scientific publications, intellectual property, innovations, and technology products in the field of law based on STEAM that are excellent, impactful, grounded in Islamic values, and internationally reputable through an Islamic Academic Culture (BudAI).
  4. Realizing community service, Islamic da'wah, and the application of solutions in the field of law based on STEAM that are of high quality, impactful, and sustainable to improve public welfare through an Islamic Academic Culture (BudAI).
